Here are all the explanations for the things that...need explaining XD

Glitches
Glitches are problems that affect your ability to use the high-tech instruments that are around. Say, for instance, you go to check your INBOX and it says 'access denied'. There is either a problem with your DNA, or the machine's database got your DNA mixed up or forgot it. Or when you take out money from your bank account, the same thing happens. These things can be fixed by either the MIHP (if you are on that side) or the DOM (if you are on that side).

Brain Wiping
Now, this process is kind of complex so don't get angry if you cant understand.
The person is put on a chair and strapped in. The chair is underneath a giant laser-gun machine that will shoot out a blue beam of light.
The DOM's turn the machine on and the blue laser is emitted. It will engulf the entire person. Once the switch is activated, a field of electricity (like lightning waves) will circle the person, wiping their brain.
They will go unconscious for half an hour. The DOM's will then wait until they think its time to drop them off, so they arent left on doorsteps for over 15 minutes. The person will wake up, and totally forget they got injected.

DNA
Now, Smat and I may have already explained this but who cares?
DNA, as you all know, is the double helix that creates every fibre of our body to be the way it is. Our hair, skin tone, eye colour....everything. But in this rpg, this helix has been tampered with.
There was an extract taken from some people who had abilities more better than the average person. Faster, smarter, and more athletic. the SMOH (located in "Plot') then stuck the whole bunch together to create a DNA helix that literally would be in Super-Man. They then injected it into a pregnant mother, she dies, and the baby is a Super-Human.

Injection
Now this is quite simple. The pregnant mother (after the baby and herself being Health-Checked) is given an injection that contains this DNA. Exactly the way they do a...vaccine, for instance. Thats it. Thats all there is to it. As long as they are injected into an artery (to go to the placenta, which goes to the baby), the procedure is a success.
The mother will have a tough pregnancy, with horrid morning sickness and much pain. And when the baby is born, not two seconds later, the mothers heart and brain will stop. And she will be dead.
The prototype's case files cannot be opened unless by authorised personnel (the people in charge of the file) because MIHP says that the knowledge of their relatives will be to stressful for them.
